Customer Care Specialist (Brussels)
At BePark, we make finding a parking spot a simple experience for thousands of drivers in Belgium and France! We are growing fast and we are looking for a Customer Care Genius with strong desire to assist and solve our customer issues so they keep loving us :)! Someone who will not rest until he/she as managed to deliver our customers the best possible experience in a timely fashion ! Our customers are our biggest asset and their satisfaction is our continual focus; if you want to make it yours as well, our doors are open.
- Provide amazing service to our clients and prospects
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries via our customer service channels
- Find solution, reassure and following up with clients and prospects on their questions and issues
- Work with the sales team to help convert leads into new customers and help them get started with BePark.
- Be Pro-active in identifying improvements in customer experience, both in our products and processes
- Analyse customer satisfaction
- Strong Empathy and ability to understand customer needs
- Engaging phone presence and excellent organizational and communication skills
- Very good writing skills in English, French and Dutch and ability to explain complicated concepts in few simple and impactful words.
- Trilingual (French, Dutch, English) Good Knowledge of Dutch is Manadatory
- Experience in related function highly appreciated but not mandatory
